Jekyll theme: profdr 0.0.3

This is a quick update of the Jekyll theme profdr. The new version 0.0.3 provides hyperlink annotations (similar to Slashdot, R Weekly, and Jonathan Carroll’s blog). So that you know what hostname a link is pointing to. It is mostly for transparency. And hyperlinks without the tailing hostname are local links: you see the difference between the first and the second link of this post.
