After 6 years of real life training, I learned that the best strategy to walk myself out of the dead-loop-based-harsh reality is not to blog it.
Blogging some bad things tends to complicate the issue. Writing something in the style of "mental relief" (a.k.a. "vomiting mud") of course can make me feel better. Apart from that, it is a bluntly emotional account of what I have been done and what I felt. Emotional expression is the source of conflict and hate. ((There are some recent controversies about blogging in English. My English is F5 level. Please apologize for my illiteracy. Of course, I wrote in English is not aimed to preserve my "britishness", if any.))
