當你讀西方日報、Coupon日報日日罵醫管局，你會以為香港一整個公立醫療系統都是奸的。因為財赤，左派恨他用稅款保貼，右派恨他加費向星斗市民開刀；內裡的人恨他肥上瘦下、工作環境惡劣；病人恨他水平下降費用勁加。我一直以為醫管局的高層是奸，但其實藥廠才是真正的邪惡軸心和錢魔，最少在傳統右派眼中是。
要在這一行發達，要變奸，開藥廠。
